BingoFlow Privacy Policy
BingoFlow is a local bingo card management app. The app is designed to keep your card data on your device and does not require an account.
Information We Process
- Camera input: used only when you scan a physical bingo card. Image processing and OCR happen on device to detect the card and recognize numbers.
- App data: card lists, marked numbers, theme preferences, and other in-app state are stored locally on your device.
- Motion access: used only for the app's subtle UI effects on supported devices.
Support Requests
If you send a message through the public support form, we collect the title, details, optional contact email, and basic request metadata. We use that information only to create a private support ticket in the private Bingo repository and to follow up on the request if you include an email address.
Support submissions are not published publicly and are separate from the app's on-device bingo data.
Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect
- No account registration information.
- No server-side storage of your bingo card data by the app.
- No sale of personal information.
Third-Party Services
BingoFlow may use Google Mobile Ads to display ads. Google Mobile Ads may collect and share data such as IP address, app interactions, diagnostic information, and device or advertising identifiers for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Google says this data is encrypted in transit, and users can reset or delete the Android advertising ID in Android settings.
The app may rely on Google Play and Apple platform services for distribution, testing, and app review. Those services are controlled by Google or Apple and are separate from the app's local bingo card data.
